The purpose of the project was to creatively transform a former steel warehouse into a multi-use entertainment facility, featuring curling, bowling, and food and drink. The facility is located in Nashville’s Charlotte Park neighborhood where it is the first full-service bar and restaurant. The project, just off Robertson Avenue, is one of many redevelopment projects planned on the street, which will include other commercial and retail projects, multi-family housing, rerouting the heavy truck traffic, and an urban design overlay.
